Orbit Nico Köln Lager
Pours pale golden with a fragrant herbal hop aroma of lemon citrus and green apple. Light on the palate with a touch of bready maltinessand more assertive hop character. Look for the pear drop notes from the distinctive Kölsch yeast. 330ml, 4.8% ABV.

Zillertal Pils
Our first foray into importing beer, with this one coming from the Tyrol region of Austria, just to the south of Bavaria. We are lucky enough to be their only UK stockist and in fact they only sell their beers in a 100-mile radius of the brewery (with a little bit exported to Japan too). The Pils pours a light golden hue, hopped with the finest noble hops and boasts an extremely pleasant carbonation. 330ml, 4.9% ABV.

Named Faraway Town as a nod to both our journey, location, and shared influences, we're delighted to present a 3.8% Nelson Sauvin and Citra Session IPA, designed for all-day drinking, with no danger of mid-session meltdown in sight. Taking inspiration from, Sonoma, Tropical Deluxe, and more recently Cosmic Dust. Dry-hopped at an exceedingly high level of 17g/l Citra offers up the full spectrum of tropical fruit with Nelson adding vinous, gooseberry goodness. 440ml, 3.8% ABV.

Our very own Prosecco made for us in the heart of Treviso DOC by Azienda Agricola Durante. Organic grapes, vinified in the 'old' or 'col fondo' (with bottom) method, with the second fermentation happening in bottle as it would for a Cava or Champagne, followed by 6 months ageing on the lees. Super fresh wit’s zesty citrus, green apple and brioche-y aromas and a creamy mouthfeel. 750ml, 11% ABV.

Domaine Henry Fuchs Cremant d'Alsace
Domaine Henry Fuchs is a 10 hectare organic estate in Ribeauvillé at the heart of Alsace. The soil is a combination of limestone and marl with the former contributing complex acidity to the wines and the latter providing power and drive. All grapes are hand harvested before gentle whole bunch pressing and fermentation with native yeasts. This is the Fuchs' opulent and refined Cremant d'Alsace aged for two years on the lees before disgorgement. Rich lemon curd, spice and toast aromas. 750ml, 12%.

Northern Monk Holy Faith Hazy Alcohol Free Pale
Pushing traditional brewing techniques to extremes allowed us to build up a surprisingly robust base, with oats for that silky mouthfeel associated with NE styles and maltodextrin to further bulk out the body, while a touch of caramel malt brings some colour and sweetness.
