Our very own Clapton Craft Garnacha range, made for us at Vinicola Reverte from old bush vines in Navarra. Set up in 1989, Reverte is now acclaimed Navarra natural winemaker Xabi Sanz and his brothers. Grown organically in chalky clay soils, these are some of the oldest Garnacha vines in the region. Vivid, crunchy fruit flavours of raspberry, redcurrant and blood orange with a silky mouthfeel, refreshing acidity and soft tannins. Domaine de la Mongestine is a young organic domaine in the Haut-Var region of Provence, about 50km east of Aix. The soil here is predominantly clay-limestone and while the climate is Mediterranean, the wines possess exquisite freshness and tension. This is a crunchy berry fruit bomb made from Pinot Noir, Marselan, Merlot and Roussanne. Lively and vibrant with generous aromas and flavours of raspberry, red cherry and spice. Domaine de la Mongestine is a stunning estate in the Haut-Var region of Provence, about 50km east of Aix. The Ciclo Vinho Curtimenta (orange/skin contact) is 100% Moscatel crushed in whole-bunches and fermented with native yeasts on skins for a week in a traditional Portuguese lagar. Domaine Henry Fuchs is a 10 hectare organic estate in Ribeauvillé at the heart of Alsace. The soil is a combination of limestone and marl with the former contributing complex acidity to the wines and the latter providing power and drive. All grapes are hand harvested before gentle whole bunch pressing and fermentation with native yeasts. This is the Fuchs' opulent and refined Cremant d'Alsace aged for two years on the lees before disgorgement. High Reflections IPA is full of dank fruits and pine flavours layered upon a base of dextrin malts, Vienna malt and caramalt providing a moreish malt character which finishes cleanly.
