Clapton Craft X Two Flints Bear With Us West Coast IPA
Bear With US is a modern style West Coast IPA created in collaboration with the wonderful team from Two Flints in Windsor. Following up on last year’s release of Grizzly, this year’s brew amps up the intensity with a higher ABV and a vibrant hop profile. Strata leads the way and is paired with Mosaic T90 and Spectrum and the freshest CY24 Motueka hops for a juicy but bitter IPA. Zillertal Radler
Our first foray into importing beer, with this one coming from the Tyrol region of Austria, just to the south of Bavaria. The brewery is 520 years old and still family owned. The Radler, part-pils, part lemon juice - pours a gorgeous pale yellow and is naturally cloudy. Hugo and Joana of Ciclo Vinho have just 1.5 hectares of vines in Estremoz comprising no less than 10 different indigenous Portuguese grape varieties. With these they work with minimal intervention and by hand to craft fragrant, pure and vivacious natural wines in tiny quantities that seldom exceed 3,000 bottles.This is the white made from a field blend of 6 varieties growing in limestone. Set up in 1989, Reverte is now acclaimed Navarra natural winemaker Xabi Sanz and his brothers. The Vicini family originally moved to the area of Pescara, in southern Abruzzo, in the 1500s as wool merchants with agricultural holdings, and the cantina for wine operations was constructed in 1853. Grapes are picked by hand and are gently pressed, with fermentation occurring in steel vats and bottling without filtration.A generous and deep fruited Montepulciano with fleshy plum and blackberry fruit. Domaine Henry Fuchs is a 10 hectare organic estate in Ribeauvillé at the heart of Alsace. The soil is a combination of limestone and marl with the former contributing complex acidity to the wines and the latter providing power and drive. Domaine de la Mongestine is a young organic domaine in the Haut-Var region of Provence, about 50km east of Aix. The soil here is predominantly clay-limestone and while the climate is Mediterranean, the wines possess exquisite freshness and tension.This is a crunchy berry fruit bomb made from Pinot Noir, Marselan, Merlot and Roussanne. Lively and vibrant with generous aromas and flavours of raspberry, red cherry and spice. Our very own Prosecco made for us in the heart of Treviso DOC by Azienda Agricola Durante. Organic grapes, vinified in the 'old' or 'col fondo' (with bottom) method, with the second fermentation happening in bottle as it would for a Cava or Champagne, followed by 6 months ageing on the lees. Domaine Henry Fuchs is a 10 hectare organic estate in Ribeauvillé at the heart of Alsace. The soil is a combination of limestone and marl with the former contributing complex acidity to the wines and the latter providing power and drive. All grapes are hand harvested before gentle whole bunch pressing and fermentation with native yeasts.
