The latest entrant to Lost & Grounded's core range; their Helles exemplifies everything they aim to achieve as lager brewers. This uses the same pilsner malt blend as Keller Pils, and is hopped with Magnum, Perle and Tettnang. Soft, bready, floral, this is gentle and superbly refined as you would expect. 440ml, 4.4% ABV.

Augustiner Helles
Helles simply means pale in German and describes the malty, easy-to-drink beer that is lovingly referred to as 'liquid bread'. With a brewery dating back to 1328, Augustiner-Brau is the oldest brewer in Munich and their Helles is the Bavarian answer to a Czech pilsner but with a less tangy hop character, lighter balance and a citrus fruit and floral hop aroma. 500ml, 5.2% ABV.

Zillertal Pils
Our first foray into importing beer, with this one coming from the Tyrol region of Austria, just to the south of Bavaria. We are lucky enough to be their only UK stockist and in fact they only sell their beers in a 100-mile radius of the brewery (with a little bit exported to Japan too). The Pils pours a light golden hue, hopped with the finest noble hops and boasts an extremely pleasant carbonation. 330ml, 4.9% ABV.

Domaine Henry Fuchs is a 10 hectare organic estate in Ribeauvillé at the heart of Alsace. The soil is a combination of limestone and marl with the former contributing complex acidity to the wines and the latter providing power and drive. All grapes are hand harvested before gentle whole bunch pressing and fermentation with native yeasts.
