A collaboration brew with the New Forest's finest, we selected Citra for its unrelenting juicy and pithy tones and Simcoe for its fiery pine and stone fruit flavours. Our very own Clapton Craft Garnacha range, made for us at Vinicola Reverte from old bush vines in Navarra. Set up in 1989, Reverte is now acclaimed Navarra natural winemaker Xabi Sanz and his brothers. Grown organically in chalky clay soils, these are some of the oldest Garnacha vines in the region. This is the gorgeous Garnacha Blanca, steely and mineral with crisp green apple notes opening up to reveal apricot, peach and toast on the lightly creamy palate. 750ml, 13% ABV.£19.00Domaine du Météore Léonides Blanc
Domaine du Météore is a unique Faugères estate located atop a 200 metre wide crater that was created when a meteorite crashed into the area 10,000 years ago.Winemaking is low intervention with the domaine certified organic and working towards biodynamic certification. New Era is made from 100% Roussanne, fermented with indigenous yeasts and bottled without filtration. Sophie and Thierry Chardon of L'Aumonier have been based in Touraine since 1996, Farming has been organic since 2006 and biodynamic since 2021 with the soil a mixture of the argile and silex. This is their delightful Loire Chenin, lively and rich with honeyed aromas of lime zest, pear and quince. Camparo is a small Piedmont estate working organically right in the heart of the prime grape growing area, just east of the town of Barolo. Currently tended by third generation vigneron Mauro Drocco, Camparo's vines are all located on prized south and south-east facing slopes. The Bianco is 90% Arneis and 10% Favorita from vines grown in Diano d'Alba. Mad Med is an exciting new project from the team behind Domaine de la Mongestine making natural, wild-fermented, unfiltered and low sulphur wine in a can in Provence. Le Rouge is a juicy red/white blend of 30% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 40% Vermentino. Vivid, crunchy fruit flavours of raspberry, redcurrant and blood orange with a silky mouthfeel, refreshing acidity and soft tannins. The Vicini family originally moved to the area of Pescara, in southern Abruzzo, in the 1500s as wool merchants with agricultural holdings, and the cantina for wine operations was constructed in 1853. Grapes are picked by hand and are gently pressed, with fermentation occurring in steel vats and bottling without filtration. A generous and deep fruited Montepulciano with fleshy plum and blackberry fruit. Sumptuous and savoury on the palate with touches of leather, earth and spice. 750ml, 13% ABV.£19.00Les Chemins de Bassac Les Champs des Maures
Cabernet Sauvignon fermented with native yeasts in concrete. from young Brazilian architects turned natural winemakers Thama and Bruno Triguero. Società Agricola Il Sasso is a groundbreaking organic estate in Valpolicella working with 10 hectares of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella growing on terraced, south-facing hills in Verona. All grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with native yeasts. The Superiore is made from partially de-stemmed grapes as well as whole bunches macerated on skins for around a month before pressing off to age for 12 months. Domaine de la Mongestine is a young organic domaine in the Haut-Var region of Provence, about 50km east of Aix. The soil here is predominantly clay-limestone and while the climate is Mediterranean, the wines possess exquisite freshness and tension. This is a crunchy berry fruit bomb made from Pinot Noir, Marselan, Merlot and Roussanne. Lively and vibrant with generous aromas and flavours of raspberry, red cherry and spice. Domaine de la Mongestine is a young organic domaine in the Haut-Var region of Provence, about 50km east of Aix. The Bob Singlar Rosé Bulles is an organic pét-nat style blend of Merlot and Rolle (Vermentino) with an enticing hazy coral appearance and aromas of pink grapefruit, plum and herbs with a zip of cranberry acidity.£30.00Domaine Henry Fuchs Cremant d'Alsace
Domaine Henry Fuchs is a 10 hectare organic estate in Ribeauvillé at the heart of Alsace. The soil is a combination of limestone and marl with the former contributing complex acidity to the wines and the latter providing power and drive. All grapes are hand harvested before gentle whole bunch pressing and fermentation with native yeasts.
