About Folded Pizza - Twickenham
Folded Pizza is a delicious portable piece of Artisan pizza in a rectangular cut that gets folded over. The final size of a slice is approx 15x10cm. We use genuine ingredients from the best suppliers in the UK and abroad. Folded's unique dough is a mix of 3 flours and uses less yeast and salt. It ferments for 48hrs plus an extra 10-hour rest to make the pizza very light and easy to digest. If the pizza arrives cold, simply reheat it at 180 degrees Celcius for about 6 minutes in a preheated oven.
