About Hobson's Fish & Chips - Charing Cross
Hobson’s is a family business and a culmination of 25 years in the fish and chips trade. We have run fish and chips restaurants from Cornwall to the Lake District. We only serve the traditional British chips specifically selected for its taste and texture. We peel and cut all our chips ourselves on site daily. We use fresh Fish that is delivered daily from Grimsby. We prepare and fry our fish and chips separately in pure vegetable oil (not containing animal, hydrogenated fats or additives).
