Kusina is a Filipino fast-casual takeaway owned by Chef Lorenzo Maderas and his two brothers. The inspiration behind the food comes from the memories of growing up in Tarlac, Philippines – capturing an array of flavours from street food, to family meals. At Kusina, we create restaurant-quality food from our kitchen to your workplace or to your home. Kusina's menu is all Halal حلال and we offer a dine-in option at Shoreditch, where we do not charge any service charge.
