In Santa Ynez, the Jurassic Park Vineyard sits at 335m elevation on well-drained limestone-laden soils atop a dinosaur boneyard of the Jurassic era. The wine is fermented with native yeasts. The result is tropical with a perfume of pineapple, ripe stone fruit, and a mélange of passion fruit, apricots, melon, and Meyer lemon, all underscored by a bright acidity and a dinosaur bony minerality.£50.00
