Levoni Schiacciata Piccante 80g
Schiacciata Piccante is a cured meat originally from Calabria. In the piece stand out sharper lean from fat parts worked with knife cut. The color tends to brick red and the shape is typically crushed. Hints of sweet pepper and paprika propose net, integrated with the scent of small craft shops of delicatessen and balsamic notes. The taste opens sweet, then progresses slowly to close on markedly spicy flickers, even if not invasive, in which engages the lure to wild fennel.

Levoni Speck 80g
High quality pre-sliced product. Speck is obtained from particularly lean pork legs, trimmed, salted and flavoured with garlic, pepper, juniper berries, nutmeg and other spices and aromatic herbs. It is then delicately smoked in a natural way. Its shape is evenly square and when cut, slices are thick because of the presence of the rump. Maturation lasts at least 4-5 months. Its taste is delicate and aromatic.

This pre-sliced Coppa di Parma originates from a traditional recipe in the Province of Parma, where this product has ancient roots. Coppa is an air-dried and aged pork shoulder. The meat is evenly and carefully hand-rubbed with a mixture of salt, garlic and other spices. The meat is aged, depending on its size, for a minimum of two to four months. Its colour is an intense red. Approximately 14 slices per pack.

High quality pre-sliced product. The Hungarian salame is prepared using finely ground mixture of a third lean meat, a third pork fat and lean beef meat. To this is added salt, pepper, paprika and crushed garlic - all macerated in white wine. The smoking process last about 12 hours giving the sausage its characteristic flavour and fragrance. Brindisa Bellota 75% Iberico Ham Slices 50g
The Brindisa bellota ham is made from pigs of 75% iberico breed that have fattened up on acorns on the dehesa of Extremadura for 10-12 weeks at the end of their lives. The hams are then expertly cured in Guijuelo, Salamanca for between 30 and 36 months The ham has a sweet and nutty aroma with an excellent balance between the savoury and nutty elements and a long, complex finish. The ham in this pack has been hand-carved by a master carver.

Salt cod has been a staple of Basque cookery for many hundreds of years. The best fish come from the cold Atlantic waters around Iceland and Faroe Islands and these are then brought to Spain where they are salted by experts. This style of cod, bacalao verde, is not as heavily salted as traditional types. However, this product still needs to be de-salted by soaking in water for at least 12 hours before use. Ideally the water should be changed several times.
