Our kiln-roasted chicken is a traditional Chinese-style roast, cooked using a high-temperature sealed roasting method. Unlike typical roast chicken, it is slowly cooked in a closed environment, then gently rested to lock in the natural juices. This process allows the chicken to release its own rich broth from the inside. The result is exceptionally tender, juicy meat with natural flavorful juices, rather than dry or crispy.
