This delicate cake has many layers. Starting with a peanut and hazelnut dacquoise sponge filled with milk chocolate and peanut caramel ganache. The crunchy texture comes from the white chocolate praline base with feuilletine.Add some chocolate caramel mousse, and finally, a layer of almond sponge. Our Medovik Cake is a Great taste Award 2020 and the burnt honey is the key to this cake, as its folded into the sponge to create six delicate layers.
