    Based in Puglia in southern Italy, Calcarius oversee 80 hectares of biodynamically farmed vineyards. Known for their kimmeridgian calcareous soils (hence the name) that produce wines of real terroir, and this skin contact Falanghina is no exception. The wine is naturally fermented in stainless steel and produces aromas of herbs and aromatic spice while the palate offers delicate yet tangy flavours of tangerine and citrus.
