Booza is a Lebanese ice cream that is egg free and has a beautiful texture that is a little stretchy thanks to two special ingredients, sahlab and natural mastic gum. Booza also has floral notes of rose and orange blossom waters. Our Sorbets are inspired by traditional Lebanese flavours and are vegan friendly!

Ingredients: natural apricot paste (apricot, glucose, sugar, olive oil, sulphur dioxide (E220 0.2%), sugar, water, orange blossom water, rose water, dried apricots (potassium sorbate, sulphur dioxide).
