No need to wash the item, all rentals are dry-cleaned on return by HURR. Doesn't fit? Don't worry! Unworn items with the security tag intact can be returned within 24 hours for a full refund. 1. Raise a Return request under "Order Help" in the Deliveroo app. 2. Post the item back as usual using the pre-paid label. 3.
