All our dumplings are made fresh in house. You can order our Dim Sum dumplings to be steamed by us in the restaurant or if you prefer to steam them at home we offer this too, see our cook at home section below.

Four steamed dumplings that are stuffed with young green jackfruit that has been slowly cooked in a fragrant coconut milk broth. Some liquid smoke and freshly cut coriander is added to the mix at the very end, and then wrapped in a wheat dough before the dumplings get steamed, and tossed in a Mala sauce (oil that has been infused with lots of warm spices like cinnamon, ginger, star anise and cloves).
