The Big Green Smoothie
Mango, spinach, broccoli, avocado, coconut, ginger and lime blended together. Properly green, properly drinkable. The mango sweetens it, the avocado makes it creamy, the ginger and lime keep it lively. None of the chalky greens-powder taste.

A Blackbird Bakery croissant, filled in our kitchen with DOP prosciutto and fine cheddar from our sister shop, Rinds & Vines. The prosciutto is salted and air-dried for proper depth, the cheddar is a real one (not the plastic-wrapped kind). The grown-up version of a ham-and-cheese, and a proper way to spend a lunch break.
