We pride ourselves on being one of the rare sourdough purists. This means that our sourdough making process is 100% natural. We don't add any fresh yeast to quicken the fermentation process. Every loaf takes 3 days before it is ready for baking.
Five Seeds White Sourdough 650g
Our Seeded White Sourdough loaf is made with Organic White Flour. The loaf is made of flour, water, salt and seeds. Our seed mix contains malted wheat flakes, barley flakes, sunflower seeds, millet and oats. We are sourdough purists and we follow the authentic, lengthy fermentation.
