We pride ourselves on being one of the rare sourdough purists. This means that our sourdough making process is 100% natural. We don't add any fresh yeast to quicken the fermentation process. Every loaf takes 3 days before it is ready for baking.

We are sourdough purists and we follow the authentic and lengthy fermentation. The loaf takes circa 3 days before it is ready for baking.
