Curried Goat (Mutton) Meal
Seasoned tender pieces of mutton, seasoned in the finest Caribbean curry blended herbs then cooked very slowly for three hours to create that melt in the mouth texture. This meat is traditionally cooked on the bone and may often fall off the bone due to it's tenderness. As the dish is cooked together there will be done in your dish.
