Master Chef Xie has 20 years experience in many first-tier cities in China and London, with rich experience and strong adaptability. He worked as head chef for Tian Fu(Shepherd bush) , Hutong (the Shard) and The Sichuan (City of London) . He specializes in Chinese cuisine and new Sichuan cuisine.
