Kombine 2025 is an unfiltered, full-bodied blond beer (6% ABV) with a subtle hoppy aroma. A first for St.Bernardus as we have never before brewed a bottom-fermented beer. SCHLENKERIA EICHE DOPPLEBOCK 500ML (8%)
While for the classic "Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier" traditionally beech has been - and still is - used, the malt for "Schlenkerla Oak Smoke" is kilned with Oak wood. The resulting Schlenkerla Oak Smoke Malt has a smoother and more multi layered smoky note than the intensely aromatic Beech Smoke Malt. The hence complex smokiness in the "Schlenkerla Oak Smoke" is paired with the multifaceted bitterness of finest Hallertau aroma hops. This Double dry hopped Pale was brewed with Fonio, an ancient grain that grows in West Africa. A special and generally forgotten about grain, that has many attributes such as being draught proof by being able to survive the hottest climates, whilst still being a superfood packed with vitamins and nutrients. Dupont Saison 330ml 6.50%
Saison Dupont is a world classic beer and the yardstick for one of Belgium’s most important beer styles. It is the most admired AND imitated Saison in the world. A strong, vital yeast is key to full attenuation and thus to the style. Saison Dupont is straw colored with a dense creamy head. The nose is alive, like fresh raised bread, estery with citrus and spice notes. Full-bodied and malty, it sparkles on the palate and finishes with a zesty hop and citrus attack. Incredibly compatible with food!

The No. 1 Hefe-Weißbier in Germany and one of the world’s favourites. Naturally cloudy and shining silky gold in the glass under a really strong head of foam. At the first mouthful this Weißbier classic has a mild aroma of banana. Finer palates detect a trace of mango and pineapple and the balance between sweet and bitter.

Brewed in collaboration with the Abbey at Averbode, this Belgian strong ale from the respected Huyghe brewery is a delicious blonde beer with a spicy and citrusy nose and a real fizz on the tongue. If you think that a beer with a lower alcohol percentage will have less powerful flavours then Extra 4 will make you think again.
