Welcome to Hagen, a Danish espresso bar concept born out of Copenhagen and founded in London. We serve premium speciality coffee with a dash of Danish hygge & a splash of old school class. Hagen Cold Brew, a cold extraction filter coffee brewed for 20-22 hours. the original Hagen recipe has been perfected in our bars over the last four years to honour the Danish love of filter coffee. This Cold Brew is made with our Himalayan speciality coffee, roasted in-house at Hagen Belgravia, on a Bellwether, an all-electric and ventless roasting technology. In Eastern Nepal, together with the Human Practice Foundation, we are helping establish sustainable production of speciality coffee.£18.00
