High quality Neapolitan style pizza. Ped's opened in 2017 when I (Ped) developed a passion for making authentic pizza at home. A journey of weddings, markets and selling pizzas from home led to opening my first restaurant in Gidea Park in 2022 and second site at Warley HQ, Brentwood in 2025
