Oliver's Gingerbread Cake
Oliver’s mom, inspired by her Swedish roots, suggested adding Mjuk Pepparkaka, a soft gingerbread cake, to our menu. Using her family recipe and our oat-carrot cake recipe (Oliver’s favourite), we created this delightful treat. We hope you love it as much as he does!£3.50
