About Rudy's Pizza - Tottenham Court Road
Ciao, we're Rudy's Napoletana, and we make true Neapolitan pizza. We believe in keeping things simple, but always to exacting standards. Our menu is concise, and we only use the finest and freshest Italian ingredients. Our localised style of Neapolitan pizza is called Ruota di Carro, which means 'cart wheel'; it's extra thin, and extra-wide, and on your plate it will literally hang over the edge. When cooked, it should be soft, floppy, light, tender and fragrant, so enjoy! We opened our first pizzeria in Ancoats, Manchester in 2015, and since then we've grown steadily, adding a few more likeminded Rudy's fans along the way. Enjoy your pizza today.
