About The White Bear - Clerkenwell
Opened in November 2022 our lovingly restored 18th century pub in the heart of Farringdon The White Bear has quickly become the go to place for next level pizza. All our sourdough is slow fermented between 48-72 hours at 70% hydration, crafted daily in house by our award winning pizza chef. This makes our crusts light, crisp and full of flavour. Our tomatoes, charcuterie and cheese are imported directly from Italy, with seasonal fresh vegetables coming daily from New Covent Garden Market.
