About Mo's Fish and Chips - Orpington
Mo’s Fish and Chips keep to simple but seriously important rules – we only use freshly caught fish and only cook to order. We only use groundnut oil for a distinct flavour and perfect crispness to their batter. 1) We only buy the finest fish available. 2) We skin and bone all our cod and haddock. 3) We also have plaice, scampi, rock and skate - as available in the market. 4) We use only the finest Maris Piper potatoes - we hand trim and chip them, then fry them TRY US AND TASTE THE DIFFERENCE!
