One for Martini-lovers. Our ‘Dorai’ Dry Martini is light with a punchy twist, made with Haku rice vodka, Roku Japanese gin, our own sake and a dash of fragrant shiso oil. Chill before serving in the fridge or freezer (-12oC max). Pour a chilled 100 ml serving (1/3 of the bottle) into your favourite cocktail glass.
