The streets of Thailand, especially BKK, are filled with road side stalls selling this dish to the crowds of inebriated locals. This recipe we pulled straight from one of those lively sois (roads), we don't remember much as we were one of the aformentioned drunkards. From what we remember it's Chilli, Shoahsing rice wine, garlic, flat noodles, fine beans, bamboo shoots and mixed peppers, thrown & stir fried all at once into a wok and served. What we're going to say is a little controversial, but the cashew nut stir fry is actually a Chinese-American invention, however Thailand do have a standalone inspired dish, so what we've done is compromised and got this recipe from one of our favourite restaurants in the Chinatown part of BKK.
