Handmade to my mother's recipe, these steamed dumplings are made from a delicate fine dough with juicy beef, chicken or pumpkin, less onion and cumin. All dumplings served with seasoned carrot salad , sour cream and chilli oil.

Fresh hand pulled noodles the aromatic broth is filled with vegetables and tender meats.

Plov artisanal rice based dish, with tender slow cooked lamb, carrots, cumin with a fresh salad.
