Choice of swallow of pounded yam, eba, amala, semovita, oat with either mixed okro, ewedu and red stew, plain okro and red stew, efo riro, egusi, ogbono plus either 2 pieces of beef, 2 pieces of fish, assorted meat of 1 beef, 1 shaki and 1 cow foot. It can also be a mix of beef and fish, or leg and thigh( hard chicken )plus a soft drink or water. Extra can be added.

We use yam flour or plantain flour to make this dish+ you can also have any other choice of swallow Ewedu+Gbegiri+Buka stew with choice of protein, which is assorted meat or beef or hake fish or redbrim or mackerel or hard chicken or goat meat.

This delicacy comes with snail, crab, fish, King prawn paired with white rice and Ayamashe sauce.

We use yummy sauce for this dish.

We make this with hot pepper 🌶️ and it's really hot and flavourful.
