We think we know why we have been ranked the 32nd best pizza in the World. We compromise on nothing. We use organic wherever possible. We do not use chemicals, artificial gunk or excessive sugars or salt in anything we do. We want to have the healthiest, the tastiest, the best. We are old school. No one does it like us. We cure and smoke our own meats, hams, sausages, fish. We even make some of our own cheeses. Because we love what we do, you love what we do.

Il Bruco
A weirdly stretched pizza topped with home made pesto, cherry tomatoes, organic hand made buffalo mozzarella. Bruco is Italian for caterpillar. The bread looks like a carterpillar thanks to the little slits along the sides.
