Created in 1932 by the baker Pierre Poilâne, the Poilâne ® bakery has survived the ages while preserving the best. 3 generations, Pierre, Lionel, Apollonia follow one another with the same standards, offering breads, biscuits and bakery pastries, all made by hand and baked in a wood oven.
