100% Rye Bread
100% Rye Bread, is a bread low in gluten. The following proteins have been defined as gluten: gliadin and gluten found in wheat. On the other hand, there are so-called mucilages in rye flour, which do not allow these proteins to stick together. This directly translates into a negligible level of gluten, which is completely harmless to healthy people. The composition of our rye bread is very simple: water, flour and salt, and no yeast.
