About Sasa Sushi - Angel
Established in 2007, pre Global recession. Mr Pham, the founder was head chef to renowned Michelin star Japanese restaurants in London City hotspots, before he decided to start his own brand, as we know today as Sasa Sushi. “Sasa” directly translates to bamboo grass. Bamboo is associated with freshness, serenity, peace and utter simplicity. Our approach is simple, but our dishes are far from simple. We fuse modern sushi trends, with traditional tastes.
