At Little Furnace we pride ourselves on perfecting a classic! The original Pizza Napoletana. We make our dough on site using the finest ‘00’ milled flour and prove it for over 24 hours, then cook quickly on a high heat, in our wood fired oven. We do this in order to achieve the traditional Neapolitan base. Intentionally soft with a fluffy crust, which -due to its delicate properties- is best eaten with a knife and fork or by cutting in four and folding your slice. Looking for thin and crispy?
