We launched OISHI in 2022 which is a Japanese street food trailer that offers traditional Japanese food. Head Chef Cyrus and Katrina are the owner-operators and will share the responsibilities of day-to-day operations. We maintain a simple philosophy - serve only the highest quality product, prepare it in a clean and sparkling environment, and serve it in a warm and friendly manner.
