About Tony’s Rotisserie - Huddersfield
We marinate whole chickens in garlic, rosemary and Provenzal herbs for 24 hours, then cook them slowly on our spit-roast for approximately 2 hours, until the skin is crisp and the meat is moist and flavoursome. Served with chips or rice, our rotisserie chicken is a healthy and hearty option at any time of the day. We also serve other Mediterranean street food favourites. Our family is a mix of Sicilian and Spanish , but the language we understand best is food!
