About Ting Thai - Byres Road
Ting and Ae first fired up their woks at the Edinburgh Festival in 2012 offering authentic Thai street food to the festival masses. Now with 4 sites in Scotland and rising, they are a a firm favourite for the best Thai food around. Ting Thai takes pride in cooking every dish to order from fresh. The menu originates from our family of Thai chefs and all processes involved in the preparation and cooking of our tasty food are authentic to the region. Sometimes perfection takes a minute or two.
