Good pizza takes time. Our authentic Neapolitan-inspired pizza stays true to tradition while embracing a unique touch. Crafted from the finest ‘00’ flour and raised for 24-48 hours, it develops a light yet satisfying crust. Each pizza is topped with Italian tomatoes and fresh mozzarella, then finished with the best locally sourced produce.

At Sano our 12" pizzas are made in the Neapolitan style. Check our monthly specials 1.2 and 3 🍕 If your pizza needs little reheat, pop your oven up to 220 degrees and put the pizza as far back in the oven for 2-3 minutes then enjoy!
