About The Pizza Cabina - Truro
Authentic wood fired pizza all made and baked fresh at the Cabina using our own 48 hour cold rise dough, San Marzano tomato sauce and our amazing wood fired oven. The beautifully classic Margherita and Pepperoni sit on the menu next to our goats cheese, wood fired sausage, pancetta and prawn options. Our garlic dough sticks are popular as a sharing starter and, to finish, our brownies are to die for. Our own gluten free dough makes a fine pizza - check out our reviews!
