The 'Bauru' was created in 1983 by a student named Casemiro Pinto Neto from Sao Paulo. (Bauru is the name of a city in Sao Paulo). The recipe calls for cheese melted in a bain-marie, slices of roast beef, tomato & pickled cucumber served with fries.
