About Stonefired - Stoke
The unique flavour of Stonefired pizzas is a combination of authentic Neapolitan sourdough, certified Italian tomatoes San Marzano and fresh mozzarella fior di latte. Every key ingredient to make pizza is done by us in the shop. Pizzas are baked at almost 400 Celsius, that makes them ready in less then 90 seconds.
