We always want the coffee used for Offshore to be an extremely flexible coffee that works well across a range of drinks, both black and with milk. Serra Negra is just that. A great well rounded cup of coffee that expresses it's origin perfectly. We tried a few decafs here at the roastary but this one came out on top. Popayán is located in the department of Cauca at 1,700 m.a.s.l. This regions topography is perfect to grow exceptional coffee! Tasting Notes: Juicy, Red Berries, Plum and Dark Chocolate Rwanda is blessed with ideal coffee growing conditions that include high altitude, regular rainfall, volcanic soils with good organic structure and an abundance of Bourbon. The Gitega Hill’s washing station is in the Nyamagabe District of the southern province and is located very close to Nyingwe Forest and the traced source of the Nile River. The average farm supplying to Gitega is at an altitude around 1650m, and that high altitude a£10.00
