This almond croissant is twice baked, in the traditional French style. Please do not confuse this item, with the normal almond croissant you might purchase from other high street shops. As per the traditional method - this uses day old croissants and they're baked again, meaning they taste amazing, and they are firm/ very crisp on the outside. Still soft and moist inside.
