Discover the UK’s First Authentic Cağ Kebab At our establishment, we are proud to bring you the UK’s first Cağ kebab, a delicious twist on traditional kebabs. We use only succulent lamb shoulder and belly joints, carefully stacked and slow-cooked horizontally over an open wood fire. One bite, and you’ll never look at regular Döner kebabs the same way again. Our Cağ kebab is served with “Söğüş,” a refreshing tomato and onion salsa infused with sumac and pomegranate molasses
