Our story begins in May 2023 when a few friends got together and decided to start making pancakes. On this random night we all agreed that these were the most delicious pancakes that had entered our faces. A joke was made that we should start a pancake business – little did we know that would turn into reality and pancakes would change our lives. After a few days brainstorming and bouncing around some ideas The Pancake Man was born! February 2025 we finally got our home at Wapping Wharf!
