About Salt & Malt
Salt & Malt is first and foremost a fish and chip shop, located at Wapping Wharf in Bristol. Integral to our ethos is our commitment to sustainable sourcing. We work with the team at Friars pride to source fresh and seasonal varieties, all of which is MSC certified. We use our signature gluten free batter for everyone. Additionally, all our ingredients are sourced from the local region to ensure shorter supply chains and a better understanding of where its produce is coming from.
