It is cooked in the same oven as regular pizzas but always on a separate tray, using dedicated gluten-free cooking utensils. Despite these precautions, due to the nature of our kitchen, we cannot guarantee 100% zero cross-contamination. - Our arancini are cooked in a dedicated fryer and are therefore suitable for coeliacs. - All our pizza toppings are gluten-free.
