Introducing the latest venture from the team behind the award winning Indian restaurant Nutmeg, Nadu. Nadu brings a slice of Sri Lanka to the epicentre of Bristol’s cultural quarter, Stokes Croft. Nadu showcases honest food full of exotic flavours, using local produce and traditional Tamil techniques. The cuisine traditionally uses the fruits of the land (Nadu translates to land); from the staple vegetarian dishes to fresh fish and expertly cooked meat dishes.
